Craft a beautiful Christmas poinsettia flower ornament using a pipe cleaner and some paper or felt. Printable poinsettia patterns are included for easy crafting.
Print out the poinsettia template on A4 or Letter size paper.
If you chose to print out the colored poinsettia template, go directly to Step 3.
Punch a pair of holes at the center of the poinsettia.
If you are working on a felt poinsettia, arrange the flowers and leaves just like in Steps 4 and 5 but without gluing them together. Punch a pair of holes on the topmost flower—this would create marks on the bottom flower and leaf. Separate the felt layers and punch holes on each felt piece.
Look for gold-colored materials that you can glue at the center of the poinsettia. Some ideas:
Once the glue dries, you can use your lovely poinsettia ornament. Twist the ends of the pipe cleaner around a Christmas tree branch or around the frame of a Christmas wreath.
Add some Christmas cheer to any room by decorating with poinsettias—simply twist the ends of the pipe cleaner around curtains, door knobs, banisters, and so forth.
