1Make a pumpkin outline.

Draw an outline of a pumpkin on cardboard, posterboard, or heavy card stock.

You can also print out any of these black & white pumpkin templates on A4 or Letter size cardstock.

2Cut out the pumpkin.

Cut out the pumpkin outline you drew. If you printed out the template, cut out just one pumpkin.

3Prepare some seeds.

Prepare some yellow, brown, and green-colored seeds. Possible seeds or beans that you can use are:

• Yellow - corn or yellow mustard seeds
• Brown or black - coffee beans, kidney beans, red beans or soybean seeds
• Green - mung beans or green split peas

4Create a face.

Make a face on the pumpkin by gluing some brown seeds or beans.

5Put glue on the stem.

Apply glue on the entire stem.

6Fill the stem with green seeds.

Fill the stem with green seeds. Try not to leave any gaps in between the seeds. You can use a popsicle stick or small spoon to gently move and arrange the seeds.

7Let the glue dry.

Let the glue set completely on both the pumpkin's face and stem.

8Apply glue on the entire pumpkin.

Apply glue on the rest of the pumpkin. You can use a small paint brush to spread the glue.

9Sprinkle some yellow seeds.

Sprinkle yellow-colored seeds on the glue.

10Fill the pumpkin with yellow seeds.

Continue adding seeds until you've covered the entire pumpkin. Use a popsicle stick or small spoon to move and arrange the seeds, filling in as much of the gaps as you can with seeds.

Once you've filled the entire pumpkin with seeds, let the glue dry completely.
