Cone Template
Free printable template for making a basic cone shape. Create a paper cone for math activities or decorate it into a hat, treat holder, or other cone-shaped craft projects.

Open the printable file above by clicking the image or the link below the image. You will need a PDF reader to view the file.

Print out the file on A4 or Letter size cardstock. The template makes a cone with a radius of about 7.5 inches. If you need a larger cone, have the print-out enlarged in a copy center. You can also try making a cone from scratch following our instructions for crafting a basic cone hat.

Cut out the template.

Decorate with markers, crayons, stickers, etc. Leave out the tab bordered with a dashed line.

Glue the two straight edges together by the side tab to form a cone shape.
