Free printable template for making a heart-shaped greeting card that can be folded into a small envelope.

Instructions

Open the printable file above by clicking the image or the link below the image. You will need a PDF reader to view the file.

Print out the file on A4 or Letter size paper.

Cut out the heart shape. Write your greeting on the heart's printed side.

Crease all four lines.

Fold the right and left sides of the heart towards the center.

Fold down along the top horizontal line. Fold up along the bottom horizontal line.

Flip vertically to check out your heart envelope.
