Zigzag Band
Free printable zigzag band template for making an easy paper crown. You can also use it as a pattern for decorating hats, bags, or any other craft project that needs a zigzag border or trim.

Open the printable file above by clicking the image or the link below the image. You will need a PDF reader to view the file.

Print out the file on A4 or Letter size paper.

Cut out the rectangle then cut along the zigzag line to come up with 2 zigzag sections.

Use a zigzag section as a pattern for various craft projects. Check out our Christmas elf hat craft where the template was used as a pattern for making a felt border for the hat.

To make an easy paper crown, print out 2 copies of the template on A4 or Letter size cardstock.

Cut out each rectangle then cut along the zigzag line to come up with 4 crown sections.

Glue the crown sections together at the sides to form a long band long enough to go around your head.

Decorate the crown. Glue or tape the ends together before wearing the crown.
