Make a three dimensional Christmas tree by cutting out and gluing four paper Christmas tree shapes around a craft stick. Printable Christmas tree templates are included for easy crafing.
Cut the paper along the Christmas tree outline. If the paper is too thick or if you have difficulty cutting through all 4 sheets of paper, cut out the trees individually or by pairs. To make sure that all 4 trees end up identical, use the first tree as a pattern for making the rest of the Christmas trees.
Instead of doing all the steps above, you can print out any of these Christmas tree templates to come up with four trees.
Cut out all four trees. Fold each tree in the middle.
b.) Gluing stuff
Glue small materials like sequins, paper or foam shapes, rhinestones, tiny pom-poms, and small bows. Remember not to glue anyting along the tree's middle crease.
If you want to glue heavier materials like buttons or beads, use cardstock or thick paper to make the Christmas trees in the previous steps.
Make a Christmas tree pot with any of the materials below. Fill the pot with sand, clay, salt dough, or a piece of Styrofoam. Carefully plant the craft stick tree trunk into the pot.
